Shipping Terms

That's how it's done

  1. The prices are final. They include the applicable statutory VAT (19%) and other price components.  

  2. The shipping costs are 5 euros per order up to 10 kg. These shipping costs correspond to a proportion of the costs for shipping and packaging. In the case of goods that have to be sent as bulky goods or by a forwarding agent, the shipping costs may vary in individual cases. In these cases, we explicitly point out the different costs for the corresponding product. For orders over 150€ we cover the shipping costs.

  3. There are no shipping costs for sending the vouchers by e-mail.  

  4. Please note that orders with a total goods value of less than 9.99 euros are not possible.


We will send the orders to you with DHL and Hermes in an insured package. The information about the delivery service can be found in the shipping confirmation.

Returns and Refunds


We offer you to claim your returns within 14 working days from the delivery date. The costs of returning the items are borne by the customer. We accept returns within 14 days as long as the items are unwashed, unused and in the original packaging with the original tags attached. Custom-made goods are excluded from exchanges, returns and refunds.


Should it happen that an item is damaged or you have received the wrong item, report a complaint to us via your customer account.


In order to be able to process returns or other questions more quickly, please log in to "My Account" at www.conceptstorerose.com . How to do it:


  1. Select the login sign above and click on “Login/Register”.

  2. Fill out the registration form.

  3. You will receive a confirmation of registration by e-mail. Please follow the link “CONFIRM E-mail”. Now that you are a Concept Store Rose member, you can be the first to know all the latest news and promotions, as well as make your purchases and follow the next steps.


Report return:

  1. Please log in.

  2. Select the order under "My Orders".

  3. Click on the "Return" field.

  4. Mark the items and provide a reason for the return for each one.

  5. Print out the return slip that is displayed.

  6. Stick the return label on the package and hand the package in at the relevant parcel shop.

We recommend that you keep the parcel delivery receipt until we have refunded your money.  

The return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.


Refund:


As soon as we have received the shipment and the items have been checked, we will refund you the corresponding payment amount. Depending on the postage time and the type of payment, the credit should be made to your account in approx. 7-14 days after receipt of the shipment. We use the same means of payment for the repayment.
