Terms and Conditions (General Terms and Conditions) for Online Concept Store Rose and its Social Media Pages
These general terms and conditions ("GTC") apply to your access to the Concept Store Rose website and other services (social media channels) of Concept Store Rose and their use. Please read our terms and conditions carefully and contact us if you have any questions. By accessing and using Concept Store Rose, you accept these terms and conditions, our terms of use, data protection guidelines and the cookie guidelines as binding.
By registering to use the services at Online Concept Store Rose, the member agrees to the following general terms and conditions, terms of use and data protection provisions of Online Concept Store Rose (Managing Director: Inna Schuldeschov). § 1. General
a) Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all business relationships via www.conceptstorerose.com between Online Concept Store Rose, owner: Ms. Inna Schuldeschov, Reichenbachstr. 52, 70372 Stuttgart (hereinafter: Online Concept Store Rose) and its customers in the version valid at the time the contract was concluded. Conflicting general terms and conditions of the customer are hereby expressly contradicted.

c) Conclusion of contract
The following regulations on the conclusion of the contract apply to orders placed via our Internet shop www.conceptstorerose.com between the customer and Online Concept Store Rose.
The presentation of the goods in our online shop does not represent a legally binding contract offer on our part, but is only a non-binding invitation to the consumer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
When an order is received in our online shop, the following regulations apply: The consumer submits a binding contract offer by successfully going through the ordering procedure provided in our online shop.
The order is made in the following steps:
Selection of the desired goods
Confirm by clicking the "Order" button
Checking the information in the shopping cart
Click on the "Checkout" button
Registration in the online shop after registration and entry of the registration details (e-mail address and password).
Repeat check or correction of the respective entered data.
Binding dispatch of the order by clicking on the button "order with costs" or "buy"
d) Updating of the General Terms and Conditions
The terms and conditions apply to all contracts concluded with Online Concept Store Rose.
Online Concept Store Rose is entitled to change these terms and conditions at any time.
For contracts that have already been concluded, the General Terms and Conditions valid at the time the contract is concluded apply as agreed.

Visitors and users of the online offer (in the following we refer to the persons concerned collectively as "users"). This Privacy Policy describes our data collection practices and your rights in relation to your personal information, including access, correction and restriction of our use.

§ 2 Special Provisions/Terms of Use

Only one user account may be registered per household at a time will.

prices and shipping costs
The prices are final. They include the applicable statutory VAT (19%) and other price components.
The shipping costs are 6 euros per order up to 10 kg. These shipping costs correspond to a proportion of the costs for shipping and packaging. In the case of goods that have to be sent as bulky goods or by a forwarding agent, the shipping costs may vary in individual cases. In these cases, we explicitly point out the different costs for the corresponding product.
There are no shipping costs for sending the vouchers by e-mail.
Please note that orders with a total goods value of less than 9.99 euros are not possible.
We will send the orders to you with DHL and Hermes in an insured package. The information about the delivery service can be found in the shipping confirmation.

New customers Vouchers are reserved exclusively for new customers, these only apply to customers who are first registering the household.
Internet voucher with percent (%) discount code, can only be redeemed before completing the course purchase process on www.conceptstorerose.com . Subsequent billing is not possible. Only one voucher can be used for one order and only for one product.
Each voucher/code, hereinafter referred to as "voucher", is only valid for the period announced at the time of issue or for a specific campaign. An extension or transfer to another promotion is excluded.
Newsletter
The offers of Concept Store Rose are only aimed at a closed group of members within the scope of their respective availability and content. To participate in the newsletter campaigns, you can register as a member at www.conceptstorerose.com . We offer each member password-protected direct access.
I agree that the Concept Store Rose informs me about trends, bargains, vouchers, promotions and offers by email. I can revoke the above consent at any time at service@conceptstorerose.com .

The client agrees to receive messages from the online concept store Rose about the products, offers and other information by means of promotional emails. This consent may be revoked at any time.
Returns and Refunds
We offer you to claim your returns within 14 working days from the delivery date. The costs of returning the items are borne by the customer.
In the event that an item is damaged or you have received the wrong item, report a claim to us by email at service@conceptstorerose.com .
In order to be able to process returns or other questions more quickly, we ask that you log in to "My Account" at www.conceptstorerose.com . How to do it:
Select the login sign above and click on “Login/Register”.
Fill out the registration form.
You will receive a confirmation of registration by e-mail. Please follow the link “CONFIRM E-mail”. Now that you are a Concept Store Rose member, you can be the first to know all the news and promotions, as well as make your purchases and follow the next steps.
Report return:
Please log in.
Select the order under "My Orders".
Click on the "Return" field.
Mark the items and provide a reason for the return for each one.
Print out the return slip and declaration of return that is displayed.
The return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
You can buy the return label online or at the post and parcel shop branch of your choice, where you can also hand in the parcel.
We recommend that you keep the receipt of the parcel delivery until we have refunded the money to you.
Refund:
As soon as we have received the shipment and the items have been checked, we will refund you the corresponding payment amount. Depending on the postage time and the type of payment, the credit should be made to your account in approx. 7-14 days after receipt of the shipment. We use the same means of payment for the repayment.
Cancellation policy for goods deliveries
You can revoke your contract declaration within 14 (fourteen) days.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must provide us with a clear statement (e.g. about e-mail or telephone, via a letter sent by post) of your decision. You can do this for it Use a model cancellation form, but this is not mandatory. The revocation must be sent to:

Consequences of revocation
If you revoke this contract, we have paid you all payments that we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment.
We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. The cost is estimated to be around 10 EUR at most.

Concept Store Rose offers you the following payment methods:

- Debit charge
- PayPal
- Purchase on account (plus 2 euros administrative expenses (expenditure due to the assignment of claims to a third party)
We collect the invoice amount for the payment methods PayPal and credit card directly after receipt of the order from the PayPal account or the customer's credit card.
