SIZE GUIDE
Measure body measurements correctly
Measure body measurements - chest
We measure in a thin bra (without push-up) in a free natural position with hands down. Breathing is even, the measuring tape is horizontal to the floor.
1. Chest circumference - measure in the middle at the widest point.
2. Circumference under bust - We measure along the bottom of the bust. Breathing is even, the tape measure should be snug enough but not squeezing.

Measure body measurements - waist
Place the tape measure around your waist between the lowest rib and the top of your hip bone (narrowest point). The measuring tape is about level with your navel and should be as tight and straight as possible around your body.
Measure body measurements - hips
Place and fix your tape measure over the strongest part of the buttocks or hips (where the bottom is widest).

Measure foot length and width
Measure foot length:
1. Stand barefoot on a piece of paper.
2. With a pen, draw (very closely) the outlines of your feet.
3. Now you can measure the distance from the big toe to the end of the heel and thus determine the foot length.
Measure foot width:
1. Stand barefoot parallel to the floor and shift your weight evenly on both feet.
2. Place the tape measure around the widest part of the ball of your foot and read the circumference.
